Other ingredients added to this soup include meat, fish, uziza seeds, palm oil, and bitter leaf. It can be eaten with fufu, eba, wheat,semo or pounded yam.   1. Wash your meat put on fire add ginger and garlic onions and seasonings and let cook and set aside, cook the pumpkin and set aside, wash your tomatoes pepper and onion and blend together with your cooked pumpkin
  2. Heat your vegetable with onions add your meat and fry for few minutes then your blended ingredients goes in add meat stock seasonings and spices of choice let cook for 12-15 minutes after then you can now add your grinded groundnut and let cook for some minutes then you add your spinach and off the fire.
  3. For the semo bring water to boil then make paste with your desired quantity of semovita flour when the water start boiling you pour the paste inside and let cook for about 6 minutes while cooking and a little butter or vegetable oil after 6 minutes use another batch of your semovita flour and mix well with your turning stick until smooth firm consistency cover and let steam for 2 minutes and enjoy with your favorite soup

It can be eaten with fufu, eba, wheat,semo or pounded yam. Nigerian Groundnut soup (Peanut soup) can be cooked with or without green vegetables. We cooked this one with ugu vegetables. I like it more when the I can eat this soup alone as a meal. Serve with pounded yam, semo, wheatmeal, amala (not too soft) and starch.
