  6. Take 1 tesp, ginger paste
  7. Prepare 1/4 tesp, yellow food colour
  8. Take 1 cup, water

  1. Take a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, BBQ masala
  2. Lemon juice and oil.
  3. Merinate for 3 hours.
  4. After 3 hrs, pour marinated chicken into the wok and cook until colour change.
  5. Then add 1 cup water.
  6. Cover with lid and cook on medium high heat until chicken gets tender. And water drained.
  7. Once chicken is done, take baking paper or foil paper and put on chicken with the hot burn coal and pour oil on the top and close the lid.
  8. After 5 minutes uncover the wok. (coal steam just for BBQ aroma)
  9. Tandoori chicken is ready to serve. Serve hot with tandoori naan and raita.
