- Merinate for 3 hours.
- After 3 hrs, pour marinated chicken into the wok and cook until colour change.
- Then add 1 cup water.
- Cover with lid and cook on medium high heat until chicken gets tender. And water drained.
- Once chicken is done, take baking paper or foil paper and put on chicken with the hot burn coal and pour oil on the top and close the lid.
- After 5 minutes uncover the wok. (coal steam just for BBQ aroma)
- Tandoori chicken is ready to serve. Serve hot with tandoori naan and raita.
