  2. Chop your beetroot on thin strips and put them on aluminium foil. Add chopped garlic and chilli. put salt and pepper, make a ball from alu foil with beetroot andmix it well.
  3. Bake the beetroot for 20.mins
  4. After taking off leave it in the foil for next 10.mins outside and let it cook.
  5. Put the beetroot in you blender and star blending ;-) Then put small pieces of cheese - blend and let it melt
  6. Put butter in blender..Check the consistency- If you want more liquid then put milk and mix it well
  7. After all this proccess you can put it to the fridge for a while. Enjoy it with some crackers or bread.
