  6. Add two cups of water an cook till beef is tender
  7. On a separate bowl, add flour with the remaining water…stir to avoid lumps
  8. 10-15min of cooking beef with onions, add veggies or peas, sweet pepper mix well
  9. 5 min later, add flour mixture while stirring
  10. Add oregano and Let it cook for another 10 min…
