  1. Wash rice and boil till - 80%boil
  2. After cooked drain all water and wash with cool water and keep aside

  5. In one bowl take saffron and add water and keep aside
  6. After cook all d veggies add biryani mix in it and add Kathal and curd
  7. Fry for 2 min and add water and let it simmer
  8. Now layer the biryani for 20 mins dum
  9. Pour saffron in it
  10. Layers with gravy
  11. Biryani is ready to serve
