- Get 1/2 cup white gram
- Take 1/2 cup black gram
- Get 1/3 cup green garlic chopped
- Prepare 1 inch ginger
- Get 1/2 spoon roasted cumin

- Get 1 tspoon baking Powder
- Prepare 2 spoon corn
- Take 2 spoon jalapeno
- Take 1/2 cup Muhammara dip
- Take 1/2 cup babaghanous
Instructions to make Falafel:
- Now take black gram and white gram in 1:1 equal quantity.soak for 6-7 hours and then drain water.
- Now take a mixer jar add both the grams,chilli,ginger,garlic,corriander and crush it.
- Now take out crushed gram in a bowl and add salt,chopped green garlic,roasted cummin seeds,baking powder, corriander and mix well.falafel mixer is ready.
- Now take another bowl to make cheese stuffing.add cheese,chopped jalapeno and corn.now mix well and make balls.
- Take ball and press then put some cheese stuffing and cover this stuffing.now make oval shaped falafel like this.
- Heat oil in kadai and fry all falafel till golden in colour.
- Take shot glass and first put ½ spoon muhamarra dip then put falafel.now put babaghanous on it.
- Garnish with corriander and serve it.
