  1. Take 1 cup Rava/Suji/Semolina (Coarse)

  4. Get 1/2 inch Ginger
  5. Get 1 Juice of Lemon or ENO (fruitsalt) 1 tsp
  6. Prepare as per taste Salt
  7. Take 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  8. Get 1 tsp Rai/ Mustard Seeds
  9. Take 4-5 Curry Leaves
  10. Get 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  11. Take as required Oil to Grease the pan and for tadka
Instructions to make Instant Rava Dhokla:
  1. In a mixer, jar take curd, ginger and green chilli. Blend it well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, take Suji, add salt and blend curd mixture.
  3. Mix well to form a thick batter. To this slowly add water and make a lump-free batter.
  4. This batter should be similar to dosa batter.
  5. Add 1 tsp oil to this only after the batter is lump-free and runny. - Rest this for 10 minutes.
  6. Prepare the steamer. Add a glass of water in the steamer and let it come to a boil.
  7. Grease the dhokla tray with oil.
  8. Sprinkle eno and little water over the dhokla batter. It will bubble up. Immediately stir it until it's frothy.
  9. Pour into a dhokla plate sprinkle chilli powder and steam them for 7-8 mins.
  10. Remove it from gas and let it cool.
  11. For tadka: - Heat oil in a tadka pan, add rai, green chilli split and curry leaves to it.Let it simmer and remove it from gas.
  12. Pour tadka and cut into desired shape. - Instant Rava Dhokla is ready. Serve it with Tea and favorite dipping sauce.
