- In a pan heat oil and butter. Add cumin seeds. Add green chili garlic paste and saute for sometimes. Add chopped onion and capsicum. saute till onion turns translucent. Add tomato puree and saute till oil seperates.
- Now add pav bhaji masala, garam masala powder, roasted cumin seeds powder and tomato ketchup. Mix well. Add chopped spinach leaves, grated paneer and boiled and mashed potatoes. Combine well. Add homemade malai and mix well.
- Add approximate 1 cup water. Add salt and grated cheese. Mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame or till get desired consistency. Bhaji is ready.
- Heat nonstick tawa. Sprinkle little water on it. When water evaporates pour ladleful of batter and spread evenly in circular motion. Apply butter or oil. Cook till golden and crisp. Serve with bhaji and coconut chutney.
