- Get 1 pc Tej patta
- Get 2-3 pc Clove
- Get 1 small pc Dalchini
- Take 1 tsp Oil
- Get as needed Oil to fry
Steps to make Malai Kofta:
- Take boiled potatoes in a bowl. Mash it and add salt and grated paneer and bread crumbs. Mix well.
- Now take little portion of mixture and stuff kaju pieces and make in ball shape. Make all accordingly.
- Coat/dust with corn flour. Fry them on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour. Keep aside.
- Grind and make paste frm onion garlic ginger and chillies.
- Make smooth b fine paste of melon seeds poppy seeds and kaju.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Put tej patta, cloves and dalchini. Add onion paste. Mix well.
- Cook till pinkish or translucent. Then add tomato paste. Cook till oil separates.
- Add all dry masalas and sugar and garam masala.
- Then add fresh cream or malai. Cook for a min.
- Add desired water for gravy. Cover and cook till oil separates. Finally add crushed kasoori methi.
- Now i a serving bowl take gravy and put koftas over it and garnish it with fresh cream.
- Ready to eat with rumali roti/ tandoori roti/ paratha or naan.
