Instructions to make Chicken Gravy and Potato Paratha with Raita and Salad:
- Cut chicken into four pieces. Marinate for one hour with garlic ginger paste, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, mixed spices, lemon juice and the water.
- On low flame add oil and place the chicken pieces and add half the marinated water on a pan. Cook them on low flame for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add remaining water and cook other side of the chicken for another 15 minutes. I cooked it in low flame to keep the gravy. If your chicken is done and the gravy didn't turned thick remove the chicken from the pan. Add one tablespoon of corn flour to half cup of water and add them to make the gravy thick.
- Cut potatoes and half boil them. Pan fry them. Add salt and pepper. Add pan fried potatoes around the thick chicken sauce. Add chicken on top.
- On low flame add mustard oil. Cook chopped onions for one minute. Add chopped garlic, ginger, coriander, salt and the spices.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Smash boiled potatoes and add them to the onion mixture.
- Make a flour Dough with adding some water first. Don't put too much water at once. mix it and add some oil. divide them into small balls.
- Roll them into small circles and add the potato filling

- Place it on hot pan. When it gets brown apply oil. Turn it and do the same until both side gets golden brown.
- To make raita add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 table spoon sugar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper to one cup of curd. You can also add chopped cucumber to. Mix them well. You can add some raita on top of the pan fried potatoes to decorate them.
- Chop onions, tomatoes and coriander. Add salt and mix them together.
