  1. Bind dough with warm water to soft roti dough, knead well
  2. Cover and keep aside
  3. In a bowl put potato mashie add lemon juice, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder
  4. Take a pan put one tablespoon of oil keep on flame add ginger chilli paste, garlic, sesame and mustard seeds let splutter then pour on potato mixture and mix well
  5. Make nine balls of potato mixture
  6. Make nine balls of dough, roll each into puri
  7. Fill in the potato ball and seal it like daal kachori, keep aside
  8. Keep tava on flame, when it's hot keep on medium flame
  9. Roll each kachori into paratha and roast on tawa
  10. When one side done turn over the other side put one tablespoon of ghee and roast well
  11. Turn the other side put ghee and roast the other side
