Instructions to make Malai kofta:
  1. Kofta: take pan, add oil heat it on law flame.
  2. Take gulab jamun packet make a daough as instructed on packet. Make some round koftas and stuff some kaju, badam and kismish in them. Fry them on law flame and keep it a side.
  3. Take bowl add some water heat the water on law flame. Ruffly chopped onions, garlic, ginger, kaju, melon seeds, poppy seed,seasme seeds…..boil them till onions become transparent….let them chill and grind make fine paste.
  4. Take a pan add ghee, after that add jeera when it crackle add puree that we grind before…. Cover the lid cook until oil saprate, then add milk stir it well again boil it on law falme. Add some malai for reach taste.
  5. Now add kasurimethi (crush with hand), slat, sugar, stir well, at last add garam masala.
  6. Add fry koftas, cover with gravy, switch off the flame. Let the kofta in gravy atleast half and hour.
  7. Ready to serve with rice or parathas
